1972 442 Convertible, numbers matching U-Code 455 big block! One of only about 1,274 �72 (Cutlass Supreme) W29 442 Convertibles. Most 442 cars in 72 were 350s, this is a rare, original U-Code 455 convertible. Hurst Dual Gate shifter with Hurst/Olds badge on the glovebox. Rear wing, power windows and locks, Sport steering wheel, Tic-Toc-Tac, Stratocruiser Bucket seats, Dual Snorkel air cleaner, cruise control (on hand, not installed). Edelbrock 750 carb, does have �A� heads on it. Factory correct Viking Blue paint is more than 15 years old. New interior, convertible top and complete wiring harness installed in 2012. I�ve owned it since 2008, mechanically excellent and runs outstanding, convertible top works flawless. Electric choke. All fenders and doors are solid, new rear quarters installed before I owned it, new rear floor pan in 2011, trunk pan excellent. Always garage kept, heated storage since 2008. Front suspension rebuilt in 2018. Odometer reads 81800k, was 78k when I bought it. Only used for cruise-ins, ice cream runs and homecoming parades, etc. It spent 3 years in storage while I was stationed overseas. I have all maintenance records since 2008. Does have a 4 inch scratch on the hood, and the grills need repaired or replaced. Some little cosmetic stuff still needs attention, but I�ve focused on making it an excellent driver mechanically.
