We’re sorry but while this car may still be available, this ad had expired.

Selling my '69 Cutlass convertible with 110,000 miles. I've owned it for 29 years and it's always been a fair weather car, never driven in winter. Originally a 350 with a jetaway, the transmission was replaced with a Turbo 400 and in 2000 the engine was replaced with a rebuilt 455. Since then I have not had the time or money to continue with the restoration. Now the kids are grown and I've lost interest. First $5000 takes or will sell to best offer.

THE BAD:
Quarters and fenders are rusty
Paint is old and faded
Needs all new interior (see the good)
Needs new top (or at least repair a couple small holes and replace strip below rear window)
Floor pan needs to be replaced, has holes that were patched then undercoated
Trunk floor has a couple of rust holes, repair or replace?
Windshield wipers don't work
Needs new heater core and fan motor
Needs carb work, don't like the carb that's on it now, original carb is included
Non-posi rear
Aftermarket wheel well trim (see the good)
Don't know if aftermarket power antenna works
Right taillight is cracked (see the good)
All window and top weatherstripping is bad (see the good)

THE GOOD:
Rebuilt engine with low miles, started and run regularly
Engine has 'C' heads installed, original 'E' heads included if you want them
New exhaust when engine was installed
New water pump
Has 3.90 rear gears, original 2.56 gears included
New rear axle bearings
15" rallye wheels
New tires
Good frame
Electric top works
Rear window glass is good
Dash pad is not cracked
Window cranks work (one rear window needs help going up)
442 grilles, rear bumper and trumpet exhaust tips (original grilles included)
442 W-Z exhaust manifolds
442 steering wheel
New carpet included
New top weatherstrip included (I think I have this)
Spare taillights included
Hard-to-find wheel well trim included
Have other parts available separately: bucket seats, steering column and speedo for floor shift, rear spoiler, disc brake setup, boxed lower control arms and sway bar, rebuilt HEI distributor, Holley carbs, 14" Cragar wheels
