Oldsmobile Cutlass S

OVERALL
1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass S, Convertible, V-8, 350 Rocket engine, Automatic transmission, 116K original miles. Options include power convertible top, power steering, rally wheels, A/C, power seat, AM/FM radio and clock.

BODY
No rust. The floor pans, the trunk and the door jams are all clean and solid. The car is red and was repainted 15 years ago and appears to have had all the prep work done right, but it is a 10 footer paint job as it sits today with typical older fading paint and a hazy paint look to the surface. It has a small dent in the hood as shown in the picture and several minor scratches as shown. The Chrome and stainless trim are in great condition and complete.

INTERIOR
The power convertible top, motor and cylinders all have been replaced and work great. Manual door locks, manual windows, tilt wheel, truck opener in the glove box, bench seat with power adjust. New windshield and all glass is complete and in great shape with a glass window in the rear convertible top. The carpet is new. The dash has a crack as shown in the picture. Door panels, seat trim and carpet have been replaced with a white and grey color scheme. The seats could use recovering due to discoloration and there is a tear in the rear seat as shown in the picture. AC in installed and the compressor spins, but doesn\\\\\'t blow cold air currently. The fan along with the vent and heater do work and blow air as expected. AM/FM radio works well, while the clock does move, it doesn\\\\\'t keep accurate time. I have a box of new weather stripping from Year One that is not installed, but will go with the car.

POWERTRAIN
V-8 350 Rocket engine that starts right up and runs well, Automatic transmission, Limited slip rear differential and new raised white wall lettered tires. New battery, new heater core, new rebuilt radiator and power steering.
The drive train is all original to my knowledge. I\\\\\'m able to get confirmation of matching numbers on the transmission with ease, but I\\\\\'m having trouble pulling the number off the engine block due to the alternator bracket.

HISTORY
I bought the car from Texas about 11 years ago and prior to that it was in Arizona. It is a solid car that is a great driver today along with tremendous potential that I just never got around to finishing up. I have a stack of receipts that have followed the car and will be provided to the new owner along with the original 1969 owner\\\\\'s manual and the New Product Service Information manual.
