What is a real W30? http://www.442.com/oldsfaq/ofwmc.htm
In response to questions I\\\\\'ve been asked, here\\\\\'s some info on the car.
The previous owner maintained the car beautifully. Prior to selling it he added the W30 package, which was mostly cosmetic. The working cowel induction was the only mechanical modification.
The car has not had a restoration. It does not look as if it\\\\\'s been repainted. The top looks to be new. There are no mechanical issues. I have replaced the clutch and flywheel, and all of the seals (engine, trans and rear end). The original carburetor has been replaced as well (I kept it). The front and rear seats have been redone, new floor mats, trunk mat and sun visors. A custom sound system (over 2K in cost) was designed with sub woofers, power booster and speakers through out. The stereo is in the glove box. The original AM/FM radio and 8 Track player are in place but have been disconnected. A Two-Way Viper Lock remote alarm system with interior motion sensors was installed as well.
