We’re sorry but while this car may still be available, this ad had expired.

I have owned this car since the 1980's. This was a Texas car when it came to Minnesota in 1985. I bought it in the fall of 1986 and it has only been driven 1 Minnesota winter. This car was originally a 350 car, I installed the 455 from another car I had at the time. The only thing missing from the install is, I did not install the cruise control servo. Engine is installed with all the correct parts. The engine was originally in a 1971 Oldsmobile wagon. The engine was completely rebuilt with new pistons, rings, performance cam, re-machined crank, and heads completely rebuilt. Engine is not a stock build. The engine has, I would say south of 10,000 miles on it since the rebuild. I installed the engine in this car the summer of 1991. I drove it that summer and then parked it. I started it from time to time through the years, but never drove it again until the fall of 2016. So yes the car has been sitting, and would be called a barn find. I still have the original 350 engine that came in this car. I believe it is numbers matching, but have not looked as of yet. Car was only 12 years old when I got it, so most likely. From what I can tell, the car has never been repainted. The previous owner installed another steering column, ( Right column, wrong color ) but the original is in the trunk.

Today, the car runs and drives, 350TH transmission shifts nice, but pan gasket seeps when sitting, needs tires, as they do not match. Front are one size, rear is another. Two of the wheels are correct for this car, two are not. Brakes today, need a RF caliper, master cylinder, needed a master cylinder when it was parked, fades at stop signs, but works. Suspect wheel cylinders will be needed in near future, but work fine. As can be seen in the pictures it will need a full restore. The interior was tough when I bought it, and age has not done it any favors. Mice made a home in it, but oddly, did not chew it up.

This has been a very fun car to own and drive, and I will truly miss it when it is gone. Car is located in Twin Valley, MN and reccomend to trailer it home. I have a clean title in my name, so no issues with that.
