Ad Description
Real 1970 Olds 442 W30, car is rough and is apart, body is still on the frame and it rolls. The original engine is missing, I don't have the original block, heads, carb, intake, or distributor. I don't have any good leads for those parts. The car was an original automatic car, and I do have the VIN matching OW trans which verfies that the car is a legit W30, car also has the original TM code W-30 only 3.42 axle. Car has it's original rally pack, Hurst Dual Gate, console, sport steering wheel, buckets seats, OAI ram air hood, and the original '70 only sport mirrors. That said, the car is rough and missing plenty of parts. The interior floors are rough, as are the inner rockers, and front and rear window channels, in places. The quarters are not terrible, but are bad enough that if you are doing everything else you might as well replace them. I have a real nice set of rust free doors that go with it. I also have a '69 455 short block that was heavily built but spun a bearing that is included. It is going to need a new crankshaft to rebuild.

Email response without a phone number will be considered spam and will not be responded to.

The car is very rough and needs most everything restored, rebuilt or replaced. Check Hagerty for the current value of a restored '70 W30 and you will see that even in this condition, the car is very much worth restoring.

I have a lot of pics, but not a lot of time. More pictures will only be sent to those that I have spoken with via phone and that seem genuinely serious about purchasing. The title was lost many years ago and the car is sold with a bill of sale only. Recent changes to Wisconsin law allow a very simple process to get a valid bonded title. The bond will stay on the title for 5 years, then it becomes a normal title.

At this point I am hoping to sell the car whole and that it is restored. If that does not happen I will consider either parting it out, or proceeding with the restoration myself. In other words I have no need to sell it. I am asking $5000 and offers of much less will be ignored.

I will consider partial or full trades, reluctantly, though cash buyers are preferred. I am only interested in other classic cars, and possibly motorcycles.

I have no problem with out of state buyers and will gladly work with your shipper.
