For now, you can only do it from the computer. I have not tested enough methods to be able to add pictures from the APK yet. But from the computers its really easy. In the post reply box there is ain image icon in the various formatting options. You can click on that and pick your image. Even easier, you can just drag the image from your computer to the box area where you type. The site will automatically resize it and put it in your post.
